Roaches, bees, spiders and fleas, it’s safe to say BC and Eggman’s house is infested. When two eager exterminators fumigate their house with them still inside, the poison warps their world into a bug filled nightmare. A 2D comedy animated short film created by Jimmy Soyer, Aris Kolaretakis & Szymon Kwinto.
Αnimators and friends who create work that incorporates their styles, both visually and tonally. After meeting at University, we realized our skill sets and humour worked well together, leading to the development of their first film “Bug Bombed”. Jimmy’s unique style aided the project and kept the surreal vibe constant throughout the production. Aris’s eye for specific details held the art direction to a high standard and made sure they didn’t get lazy with how the film looked. Szymon’s management and stubbornness helped push the team and was integral in finishing the film. Their efforts combined with a talented team, they created a debut film we’re proud of. Τheir goal is to continue to refine their voices as filmmakers, with “Bug Bombed” being a step forward to develop a TV pilot based on the characters.
