Yuce Sayilgan was born in İstanbul, 1984. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts Cinema-TVDepartment and he started graduate education in same department in 2007. In 2015, he took a doctorate degree with his thesis that named as “Digital Games as an Cinematic Creation Form”. Same year, he started working as an assistant professor. He has been teaching in the areas of film editing, cinematography, 3D modeling and game design for over ten years.
