Rheo, greek word that means, to flow, to sprout, to run; is an experimental work that through the manipulation of archive materials gives us a flow of overlapping images, a reflection about the cycles in nature, life and death, about the simultaneity and the complexity of the spaces we inhabit.

Mateo Granillo is a mexican filmmaker. He studied ‘Film Direction’ at Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica A.C. (CCC) where he graduated with honors. He has directed the short-movies “What is time?” (Documentary in postproduction), “Captain Blackbeard” (2020) shortlisted for the BAFTA Student Film Awards 2020 and “Necropolis, they will be ashes but still will feel” (2016). Both of them selected in several film festivals around the globe. He is also a film editor of numerous projects.
