Multitrab Productions is a civil non-profit company, hereinafter “The CNPC” based in Athens Greece, aiming to promote the work of both Greek and international artists, as well as to organize and implement actions related to digital arts and digital culture.
The CNCP accomplishes the production, organization, promotion and evaluation of these actions, while organizing annually the international festival for digital arts of Greece, Athens Digital Arts Festival (ADAF) in order to reinforce audience’s contact and familiarization with new media and digital culture.
This year, the 16th Athens Digital Arts Festival, the pioneer longest living institution dedicated to digital culture in the country, will be implemented also ONLINE, introducing a new digital institution.
Visitors of the ADAF Online should read the below outlined terms of use, carefully before visiting and attending the ADAF ONLINE Festival.
By registering, accessing the ADAF ONLINE Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and unconditionally agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.
The following terms and conditions form a binding agreement between the visitor and Multitrab Productions. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of ATHENS, Greece.
Therefore, the visitor must read the following terms of use and if he/she disagrees, should refrain from using the services and content of the site.
The below terms of use are applicable to the entire content of the ADAF ONLINE Festival.

Personal Data Protection Policy
With the below mentioned notice, Multitrab Productions, would like to inform you about the terms and conditions regarding your personal data collection and processing.

1. Which personal data are collected?
In order to attend the ADAF ONLINE Festival, you can either choose to register with us (i.e. by creating a profile), or choose not to proceed to such an action.
If you register with us, your personal details will be needed as prerequisite, therefore you will be asked to submit certain personal data such as: Name, Last Name, Email Address, Occupation, phone number, address, as well as some short multiple choice questions that will help the Festival and the mapping of the contemporary cultural industry.
Additionally, if you choose to interact with the ADAF ONLINE Festival (i.e. leave your comment, send an email, submit a notice of interest or claim),   certain personal details will be asked and will be collected by us along with the content of your message.

2. For what purposes do we collect your personal data?
The CNCP is entitled to maintain a record and process personal data of the visitor that wishes to register with the Festival in order to attend it.
By agreeing to the present terms and conditions, you provide the CNCP with your consent, under the terms of the applicable legislation, to the collection, use and transfer of your personal data with the purpose of accessing the ADAF ONLINE Festival.
The Company shall collect and process the personal data only with consent of the visitor/user who shall provide such data on his/her own will with the purpose of accessing the aforementioned services.
The CNCP collects and processes your personal data only for statistical, informative purposes regarding the ADAF ONLINE Festival.
We collect only the necessary Personal Data, that is appropriate for the intended purposes, and it is not subject to any further processing by any third party, without the visitor’s written concept, in compliance with the applicable laws on data protection.

3. Duration of filing your Personal Data
Personal data shall be safely maintained and processed by the CNCP, no longer than needed for us to ensure that the purpose is fulfilled.
We inform you that we abide by the legal timelines that are being set by the applicable data protection Greek laws, in order for us to comply with the provision of details that are being held in our record of your personal data when required.

4. Rules of personal data disclosure.
Your personal data are not being disclosed, transferred, transmitted or in any way disposed, to a third party or made public in any way by our CNCP.
Nevertheless, the above mentioned actions may be performed only in the following cases:
With your written consent
If it is required by the Law, imposed by the courts or any other public authority.
When and if the company’s rights are being impinged upon.

In case you wish to revoke your consent, which has been previously granted, to the processing of your personal data, we will abide by the respective instructions with our legal obligations, provided that such instructions are given in writing.
Please note that objection or withdrawal of previously given consent can take place at any time, however with future effect. Any processing based on previously granted consent remains lawful until the consent is withdrawn.

In addition, if you think there is a breach of the  legal framework covering your Personal Data, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Greek Data Protection Authority) registered in 1-3 Kifissias Ave., 11523, Athens – Greece.
6. BROWSING INFORMATION
Information, not personally identifiable, may be collected automatically, when a visitor attends the ADAF ONLINE Festival, such as location, browser and domain name.
7. Cookies
Cookies are a small piece of data sent from our website and stored on your computer by your web browser while you are browsing.
Cookies were designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember information or to record the user’s activity on the type of web browser used by each user-visitor, the type of computer, operating system, internet provider and other technical information.
Cookies do not damage your computer or mobile device, files stored in them, or reveal your identity, but they may lead to the identification of your computer.
ADAF ONLINE may use cookies for the following purposes:
(a) Google Analytics
To conduct surveys for statistical purposes and/or to improve the content and services of our Company’s website and/or to measure its effectiveness.
(b) Social networking
Cookies are placed by social networking site providers in order to enable the visitor to easily share the content of our Company’s website via these sites.
Although the majority of the web browsers accept the use of cookies by default, you may set your browser to deny receipt or selectively accept certain cookies.
However, if you decide to proceed with such an action, certain features provided by ADAF ONLINE Festival may be unavailable, while some pages may not display correctly.

COPYRIGHT
ADAF’s Online content, except for third-parties’, associates’ and institutions’ expressly recognized rights, constitute CNCP copyright, and is protected by the applicable Greek and European copyright laws as well as  by relevant international conventions.
The content entails without limitation, videos, images, texts, graphics, drawings, images, as well as trademarks, logos, trade names and features, and constitute CNPC’S intellectual property.
Therefore, it is prohibited to reproduce, republish, copy, store, sell, transmit, extract, record, distribute, execute, download, translate and alter such contents in any manner, without the expressed prior written consent of the CNCP.
However, any third party’s registered trade mark, logo, that may be reproduced though the ADAF ONLINE Festival, is within the third party’s responsibility, and the CNPC will not be counted legally accountable for any copyright actions.
In particular, logos, trademarks and trade names found in the ADAF ONLINE Festival are property of the CNPC, and apply to the laws of industrial property.

C. CONTENT REPRODUCED
1. Videos, images that are reproduced by the ADAF ONLINE Festival, may contain flashing lights at certain intensities, contrasting fast moving images and/or certain visual patterns, which can trigger seizures.
Therefore it is advised for people suffering from epilepsy and /or photosensitive epilepsy to abstain from watching them.
2. Content of the ADAF ONLINE Festival may include traces of violence and/or sexual scenes, so any visitor watching them must be over 18 years old of age, according to the applicable Greek and European laws.
3. In particular, ADAF’S Online, special category – ADAF KIDS – addresses to both children and their parents or lawful guardians, therefore the latter must provide their consent by agreeing to the present terms and conditions, in order to attend the Festival.
The CNCP shall not be legally liable for unattended, unsupervised use of the ADAF ONLINE Festival.

D. Limitation of Liability
The CNCP undertakes every possible effort to ensure that the content presented to the ADAF ONLINE Festival will be available, accurate, comprehensive and up to date.
However, the CNCP does not ensure, that the content of the Festival will be presented without interruptions or deficiencies nor does it guarantee that all deficiencies may be rectified.
In addition to the above mentioned, the CNCP does not provide the visitor with any guarantee and therefore shall not be legally liable for any malware, virus that may connected with the ADAF’s Online content.
The CNCP bears no legal responsibility and therefore is not liable to any compensation, for any kind of damages that may occur to the visitor from attending, on his/her own initiative and knowledge of the present Terms and Conditions, the ADAF ONLINE Festival.
Each visitor is advised to take all appropriate and necessary safety measures prior to attending the ADAF ONLINE Festival and ensure that she/he has all the necessary technological equipment and means to do so.
