Close your eyes… can you hear it? It’s the sound of a 3D world, calling on you to explore it as you’ve been… conditioned to do by other games, bound by graphics. The possibility to see, you see, can be rather… restrictive. Every passing year increases the resolution of your screens, and sends last year’s video games full speed ahead towards the valley of the uncanny. But sound… Sound expands your visually overstimulated imagination towards the magnanimous, demolishing the walls between experience and reality. When you open your eyes after two hours of play, it may be the world around you which feels like a video game from yesteryear. Or not – the mind, after all, works in mysterious ways.
