Víctor L. Pinel was born in1988 in Madrid, Spain. In 2009 Victor co-directed the animated short film "Free Bird" as a final project for Graphic Creation at
ESDIP in Madrid. Between 2009 and 2012 he worked as an illustrator for different publishing labels (Susaeta, Grafalco, Saldaña, Tres Rosas Amarillas, Robert Frederick, Top That! Publishing ...). From 2009 to 2015 he worked on various short films produced by ESDIP: In 2016 he directed his first animation piece: Closed. He currently combines work in the ESDIP school studio with the making of his first comic for the French market: "Les petites Marées: Rose".
