“Blue Curtain” describes a brief nightmarish visit to an invisible factory of the inner mind. The film is made only from single fotos. The artist worked with light painting and classic stop-motion.
Philipp Ramspeck was born 1977 in Zell am See and grew up in Zurich. In 1999, he studied Film Directing at the Filmakademie Vienna, while staying (until 2001) in Berlin and Vienna as an emerging filmmaker. Within 2009-2014 Philipp participated in diverse commissionary films as cinematographer and editor and since 2014 he is exclusively an independent filmmaker.
