“West-east conversation” is based on eastern thoughts and poems of Goethe in West-east diwan. When he was thinking and composing these poems and thoughts, could he ever imagine a future when an animation artist tries to illustrate his journey through culture and history? Αn animation artist who comes from the origins of his most favorable poet, Hafiz… So this project is a walk through time, which starts in the past with Hafiz, continues with Goethe and ends now with an Iranian animator.
Born in Iran, 1992. Animation artist, instructor and researcher, video artist, new media artist. He has an eleven year art career. Participated in some film, animation and new media art festivals. Won and nominated some awards including Genius Loci Weimar 2020, Social World film festival, SmolShorts film festival and Hassanat film festival. Officially selected in many film and art festivals. Jury member in some animation and video festivals including Genius Loci Weimar 2021.
